Fayth draws from her experience training as a professional dancer and many years of studying movement to develop each session unique to the individual or group needs. The core of each experience focuses on finding a balance of function, flow, and fun. Fayth believes a healthy blend of consistency as well as diversity of movements and training modalities is the best approach to finding optimal results. A special focus is placed on alignment and movement execution. Each session or class is unique to the goals and needs of the participants. Train one on one from the comfort of your home or in a studio setting. Each experience is unique to the individual and will include a focus on alignment, strength training focusing on activation of deeper muscle groups, cardiovascular training, and coordination/proprioceptive training.
